Privacy policy

Janover Capital LLC ("we") runs commercial.mortgage (Commercial.Mortgage). This page explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you contact us, we receive what you type into the form (your name, email, phone if you add it, and your message), the page you sent it from, and how you reached the site (the referring page and any campaign tags in the link you followed).

When you set an alert, we store your email address, the alert you chose, the consent sentence you agreed to and the time, in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We use them only to send that alert. Alert sign-ups are not shared with partners or added to marketing lists, and every alert email will carry a one-click unsubscribe.

When you browse, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To reply to you and help with what you asked for, to understand which pages are useful, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.

When you ask for help that one of our partners provides, we share your request and contact details with that partner so they can respond, and only for that purpose. Some partners may pay us for these introductions.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@commercial.mortgage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
