Rate data, API and embed
The two tables this site prices from are free to download as CSV or JSON, the index rates are a free JSON call, and the rate ticker drops into any page with one line of HTML. Credit Commercial.Mortgage with a link and you can use all of it.

Both files are rebuilt every time the site is, from the same numbers the rates page shows. The index value in each row carries its own observation date, and each spread carries the date its source applies to. Indications, not quotes.

Live rate API
Two endpoints, both JSON, both read from the same database the site's rate board uses. It's refreshed on a schedule from Treasury's daily par yield curve, the New York Fed and the Federal Reserve's H.15 release, and every value comes back with its observation date and a freshness status.
| Endpoint | Returns |
|---|---|
GET /api/live?ids=UST10,SOFR |
Any of the portfolio's series by id (Treasury par curve UST1M to UST30, SOFR,
SOFR30, EFFR, PRIME, PMMS30 and more), with a week-ago and
month-ago point, the publisher and link. Add &history=60 for 60 days of daily values. Open to
cross-origin calls, cached about 15 minutes.
|
GET /api/rates | The six series this site prices from (UST5,UST7,UST10,SOFR,SOFR30,PRIME): latest value, date and week-ago value. Same-origin use; it's what the pages here call. |
status is fresh, stale (past the publisher's normal delay), dead (too old to show, so value is null) or empty. Abridged response:
